OFFSHORE-WELDING & CUTTING PROCEDURE

Only Authorised personnel are allowed to use welding and cutting equipment. unless specific exemption have been made. WORK PERMIT must be obtained prior to commencement of work. Familiarise yourself with the work permit system and this permit will only be issued after work area has been troughly examined and certified safe by an Authorised Person. NEVER attempt to work outside the parameter of the permit. STOP work if condition is unsafe e.g. when oil/gas leak occurs.
